AeroRush - Drone Competition

Overview Get ready to experience the thrill of aerial competition at AeroRush , an exciting drone racing event organized by the Robotics and Electronics Club, IIIT Bhagalpur, as part of Protofos'26. AeroRush challenges participants to design, assemble, and manually pilot their own drones through a designated obstacle course. The competition tests piloting precision, maneuverability, flight control, and the ability to complete the course in the shortest possible time. Participants will navigate through gates, checkpoints, and other obstacles while maintaining visual contact with their drones throughout the race. The course layout will be revealed at the venue, challenging teams to adapt their strategies and demonstrate their flying skills under competitive conditions. All participating teams must bring their own student-built drones that comply with the prescribed technical specifications and safety requirements. Ready-to-fly commercial racing drones, FPV-based systems, autonomous navigation, and automated obstacle-avoidance systems are not permitted. Competition Highlights Design and assemble your own racing drone. Test your manual piloting skills on a challenging obstacle course. Demonstrate speed, precision, maneuverability, and flight control.
