Lights. Camera. Code.
Calling all ecosystem architects and autonomous builders! Step onto the studio lot and transform real-world enterprise chaos into a seamless cinematic production with Gemini. Join Google Cloud and our elite, star-studded partner ecosystem for a first-of-its-kind Summer Blockbuster hackathon!
In the era of Agentic AI, writing raw lines of code is just the background noise. The real magic happens when you orchestrate the system. Whether you want to play the visionary Director building production-ready autonomous agent networks, the Technical Producer connecting secure data pipelines via managed MCP servers, or the Studio Head enforcing Cloud IAM security and governance across multi-agent workflows—the backlot is yours.
Vibe code with Gemini Enterprise and our leading partner technologies to cast the perfect enterprise tech stack and build the next generation of AI applications fit for the big screen.
Why Join? Pitch your automated production workflows directly to executive judges, enterprise experts, and elite engineering leaders.
The Challenge Your mission is to code a functional, production-ready AI agent or multi-agent network—powered by Gemini and Google Cloud Agent Builder—that integrates a Partner Entity's MCP server to solve critical bottlenecks across the entertainment and media value chain, specifically targeting the workflows of filmmakers, screenwriters, studio crews, or fans.
Production Goals: * Beyond the Script (Action-Driven): Move past isolated assistants. Build an architecture where sub-agents plan steps, handle distinct sub-tasks, and securely hand off state to complete complex enterprise goals. * Studio-Grade Security: Use Cloud Run and Secret Manager to host and secure your custom integration backends.
How to Build on the Lot: Use Google Cloud Agent Builder (No-Code UI), Agent Builder Data Stores, and the Enterprise Agent Platform SDK. Don't waste time setting up your IDE; use the built-in Console Emulator directly inside the Google Cloud UI to rapidly prototype.
Prizes There are three identical prize buckets—one for each of our featured partner tracks. Instead of a single, crowded pool, you are competing directly within the specific "studio track" of your chosen partner technology. Featured partner tracks include IBM, Grafana, Parallel, Clickhouse, and Replit. Winners receive opportunities for social media promotion.
Submission Requirements * Include a URL to the hosted Project. * The 3-Minute Trailer (Demo Video). * Include a URL to your open-source code repository for judging and testing. The repository must be public and include a complete open source license file. * Select which partner track you’ll be submitting to. * Your completed Devpost submission form.
Judging Criteria * Technological Implementation: How well is the project built, and how effectively does it use Google Cloud and the Partner services as part of the solution? * Design: Does the project deliver a complete, coherent product experience not just a technical proof of concept? * Potential Impact: Does the project make a credible, specific case for solving a real problem for a real audience and does the solution actually address it based on what's demonstrated? * Quality of the Idea: Is this a creative, non-obvious use of Google Cloud and the Partner services and does the team show genuine understanding of the problem space?
