Anubhooti is an individual HR case analysis challenge that puts your observation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to the test. Participants will decode real-world workplace situations presented through carefully curated video cases and step into the role of an HR professional. Identify the core issues, uncover the root causes, and develop practical HR solutions that balance employee needs with organizational goals. Present your insights before the judges and showcase your ability to think critically, analyze human behavior, and make strategic HR decisions. Observe. Analyze. Strategize. Experience HR beyond textbooks. Rules & Guidelines: This is an individual participation event . Participants must analyze the given workplace scenario from an HR professional’s perspective . Written analysis must be submitted within the allotted time . Each participant will present their analysis before the judges. Discussion or communication with other participants during the event is strictly prohibited. Use of mobile phones, AI tools, or internet resources is not allowed. Any form of malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification . The judges’ decision will be final and binding .
