Eligibility & Team Formation The competition is open to college students. Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members . Inter-college and inter-specialization/inter-branch teams are allowed. Participants may form teams across different engineering specializations and institutions, subject to the organizing committee's guidelines. Each participant can be a member of only one team. Registration Fee Structure Round 1 (Online
Ideation & Presentation): ₹100 per team at the time of initial registration. Round 2 (Offline
Hardware Hackathon): ₹2,900 per team (payable only by the top 12 shortlisted teams advancing to the final round).

Online Registration Fee: ₹100 per team Problem statements will be officially released through the ISA-RAIT website. Teams must develop a solution concept for their selected problem statement. Teams must submit and present their solution using the official presentation template provided by the organizers. The presentation must cover problem understanding, proposed solution, innovation, technical approach, implementation strategy, and expected practical impact within the prescribed slide limit. The top 12 teams will be shortlisted for Round 2. Round 1 duration and submission deadlines will be communicated by the organizing committee. Round 2 - 24-Hour Offline Hardware
Hackathon Format: Offline (Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology -

Hours Confirmation Fee: ₹2,900 per team (shortlisted teams only; covers accommodation, meals, and hardware components). Shortlisted teams must develop a functional hardware prototype based on their selected problem statement. Teams must submit their required list of sensors, electronic components, actuators, controllers, and hardware within the specified deadline. The maximum approved hardware budget is ₹2,000 per team . Teams must work with the components approved and provided by the committee. Unauthorized externally procured hardware cannot be used without prior approval. Permitted 3D printing facilities may be used for mechanical structures and prototype components, subject to organizer guidelines. Problem Statements The hackathon will feature multiple hardware-oriented problem statements, officially announced by the organizing committee. Each team will select one problem statement and develop its solution across both competition stages. Teams are expected to combine hardware, software, automation, mechanical design, and intelligent decision-making where applicable. Rules Originality: All submitted ideas, presentations, designs, and prototypes must be original. Plagiarism, copying, or fabrication of results is strictly prohibited.
AI Usage: AI tools may be used as supporting resources; however, participants must be able to explain and justify their solution and technical decisions.
Hardware Limit: Total approved hardware requirements must remain within the ₹2,000 per-team limit. Unauthorized hardware is strictly barred without prior approval.
Conduct: Participants must adhere to all deadlines, templates, and safety standards. Misconduct, damage to equipment, or interference with other teams may result in disqualification.
Finality: The decision of the organizing committee and judging panel is final and binding. Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules or guidelines if necessary.
