Details: The PGDM (GM) cohort at XLRI Jamshedpur presents Aurora 4.0 , the fourth edition of our flagship Product Management Symposium. As global markets navigate overlapping disruptions - economic volatility, geopolitical shocks, technological upheaval, and climate risk - the role of the product manager has never been more critical or more complex. Aurora 4.0 brings together students, industry leaders, and product thinkers to explore how product management as a discipline must evolve to build resilient, adaptive, and future-ready products in a world defined by simultaneous crises. Through engaging sessions, case-based challenges, and real-world problem-solving, participants will sharpen their strategic thinking and product leadership skills for an increasingly unpredictable business landscape. Participation: There is no restriction on the number of teams participating from the same institute. Only 1 -Year MBA, 2 -Year MBA and PGDM students are eligible for this opportunity All team members should be from the same college. Each participant should be registered only once. Rounds: First Round: A quiz round with a time limit of 15 minutes. Second Round: A PPT/PDF + Video Submission round, where the video should be presented as if delivering a formal presentation in front of a panel - maintaining a professional tone and demeanor throughout - with a total time limit of 6 minutes. Teams need to submit their presentation slides in the form of a PPT/PDF on the Unstop platform. The PPT/PDF and video files should be named as InstituteName_TeamName. Participants can form teams of 1 (minimum) to 3 (maximum) members. Each participant can be a part of only one team. The solution PPT should consist of a maximum of 6 slides, excluding the title (team introduction) and the Thank you slides. The video should be presented as if delivering a formal PPT presentation in front of a panel - maintain a professional tone and demeanor throughout One team is allowed to submit ONLY one video presentation , and the total duration should not exceed 6 minutes.Modification of teams after registration will not be entertained. Candidates will not be allowed to add/remove/modify any content of the presentations submitted during the case solution submission round. Any noticeable changes may lead to disqualification of that entry at the discretion of the Corporate Competition Committee, XLRI Jamshedpur Compliance and Evaluation: Teams should adhere to the provided guidelines; failure to comply may result in disqualification. Participants will be evaluated based on the creativity and feasibility of the solutions presented. Any participant found to be registered from multiple teams will be disqualified. In case of any disputes, the decision of the organizers will be final. The PGDM (GM) Competition Committee reserves the right to verify the registration information submitted at any point in time. The presentation videos shared by the participants may be used by the organizers for branding purposes on social media and other platforms.
