Team size: Maximum 2 members . Participants may attack only the event application . Attacks against college infrastructure, other teams, or the event platform are strictly prohibited . Do not perform Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks . No sharing of flags, exploits, or solutions with other teams . Automated exploitation tools are permitted unless restricted for a specific challenge . Any form of malpractice will result in immediate disqualification . The judges' decision is final and binding .
