CASE STORM is a case-study competition conducted as part of HR Conclave ’26 , designed to challenge participants to analyse real-world business problems, identify key insights, evaluate possible approaches, and develop impactful solutions. The competition focuses on critical thinking, analytical ability, problem-solving, collaboration, and effective presentation , giving participants an opportunity to approach business challenges from a strategic perspective. Participants will compete in teams of 3–4 members . The Case Study Dossier will be released two days before the event , after which each team must select one case and carry the same case through all three rounds . Teams are expected to come prepared with their presentations and relevant supporting materials, while adhering to the prescribed time limits and competition guidelines. CASE STORM provides a platform for participants to think deeper, question beyond conventional approaches, and solve smarter by transforming complex business situations into well-reasoned and practical solutions.
