Cash Me If You Can Crack the crisis. Buy smart. Close the deal.
Game Format Round 1: Crisis Management Every company faces a crisis, and the clock is already ticking. Teams are handed an unexpected corporate challenge and must diagnose the problem, build a strategic solution, and prepare a pitch deck under pressure.
Round 2: Asset & Liability Marketplace The marketplace is open, and every purchase is a calculated move. Teams use their capital to buy assets and liabilities, and every resource has a cost. Spend on strategic advantages that strengthen your position, or hold back capital to buy valuable intelligence about your rivals. Some information stays hidden, so every trade-off could make or break your negotiating power in the final round.
Round 3: Negotiation Face-off This is where the stakes peak. Rival teams go head-to-head to defend their interests, leverage the assets and intelligence they acquired, and negotiate the terms of a corporate deal. Anticipate your opponent’s moves, turn risks into opportunities, and handle live cross-questioning. Money alone won’t seal the deal. The sharpest negotiator walks away with it.
General Guidelines Team Format: Twelve teams compete, representing six companies and opposing roles of mergers or acquirers.
Game Structure: The competition has three rounds: Crisis Management, Asset & Liability Marketplace, and Negotiation Face-off.
Resource Management: Capital is limited. Every purchase and every piece of intelligence comes at a cost.
Hidden Information: Teams will not have full visibility of their opponents’ positions. Gather intelligence and use it wisely.
Live Cross-Questioning: Judges and opponents may question your decisions, so be ready to justify your strategy.
Winning Objective: Make sound strategic decisions across all three rounds, negotiate the best terms, and emerge as the top-performing team. The Ultimate Objective Will you close the deal, or will someone cash you out? In Cash Me If You Can, every deal is a gamble, every decision has consequences, and the smartest player doesn’t just play the market. They outmanoeuvre it. Think strategically. Negotiate fearlessly. Play to win.
