Screening: Teams get a short caselet and 25 minutes to submit a one-page solution — problem, recommendation, rationale. The top 5 advance. Round II · The Live Case —
Final: Finalists receive a detailed real-company case, 45 minutes to prepare, then a 7-minute presentation and 3-minute Q&A. Laptops in prep; no internet during the round.
