Step into the world of strategic business leadership with CHAKRAVYUH, the flagship business event of XAVIESTA 5.0, inspired by the theme KAALCHAKRA. Through three interconnected rounds, teams take charge of Trikaal Industries, a fictional conglomerate, navigating its past, present and future. From uncovering critical business decisions through historical case analysis to managing boardroom crises and designing strategies for 2047, participants must demonstrate business acumen, financial understanding, strategic thinking and leadership. Every decision carries consequences, every challenge demands adaptability, and every strategy shapes the future. Assemble your team of four and experience the journey from decoding business challenges to leading an organisation through uncertainty. ROUND 1A – THE TIMELINE TRIAL Assess the Past.
