Event Concept: Design and build a 3D miniature model of a Sustainable Smart City. Show how technology, civil engineering and environmental planning can create a better future city. Focus on practical, innovative and sustainable urban solutions.

Optional Rules and Regulations: Model must represent a Sustainable Smart City/Future City. Model must be original; direct copying and ready-made commercial models are not allowed. Electronic components are optional and must be safely wired. No fire, chemicals, explosives or hazardous materials. Model must be stable and easy to transport. Participants must explain the concept and sustainability features to judges. Participants must bring their own materials unless organisers specify otherwise. Judges' decision will be final and binding.
Event Objective: Promote creativity, innovation and practical thinking. Encourage sustainable urban development ideas. Connect Civil Engineering with smart technologies. Develop teamwork, model-making and presentation skills. Create awareness about the cities of the future.

General Rules: All participants must carry a valid college ID card and their techFEST'26 registration receipt. Reporting time will be communicated to registered teams; late reporting may lead to walkover. The decision of the judges and organisers will be final and binding in all matters. Any form of misconduct, plagiarism or use of unfair means leads to immediate disqualification. Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. Organisers reserve the right to modify any rule at any time; updates are announced at the venue.
