CodeChakra is the flagship Competitive Programming Championship of HakITxMRDU'26 , the Annual Inter-College Technical Festival organized by Malla Reddy (MR) Deemed to be University . The competition is designed to challenge participant's programming, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills through a series of algorithmic coding questions. Participants will solve real-world and competitive programming problems by implementing efficient algorithms within a specified time limit using the programming language of their choice. CodeChakra provides an excellent platform for students to test their coding abilities, improve analytical thinking, compete with talented programmers from various institutions, and showcase their technical skills. Eligibility : Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any recognized college or university. Students from all branches and disciplines are eligible. Participants must carry a valid college ID card. Individual participation only. Registration Fee: ₹449 per participant Competition Format: Mode: Offline Team Size: 2-4 Programming Languages Supported: Participants may use any of the following languages: C C++ Java Python Evaluation Criteria: Participants will be evaluated based on: Number of Problems Solved Correctness of Solutions Execution Against Hidden Test Cases Time Efficiency Space Efficiency Submission Time (used for tie-breaking where applicable) Competition Guidelines: Inter-college participation: Allowed. Inter-specialization participation: Allowed. Registration is mandatory. Participants must report to the venue before the reporting time. The contest will be conducted on the official coding platform provided by the organizers. Participants must use only their registered accounts during the contest. Rules : Participants must carry a valid college ID. Any form of plagiarism, code sharing, impersonation, or unfair means will result in immediate disqualification. The use of unauthorized resources, communication with other participants, or external assistance during the contest is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the organizers. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants violating the competition rules. The judge's and organizer's decisions will be final and binding. Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the competition.
