Overview: Build your model. Climb the leaderboard. Adapt when the challenge changes. The PCCOE INNS Student Chapter, Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune, invites you to DATATHON 26–27, a two-round data science and machine learning competition featuring an online qualifier and an on-campus finale. Compete solo or with a teammate for rewards worth ₹30,000, including ₹20,000 in cash prizes and ₹10,000 worth of goodies and coupons.
The Challenge: A strong model is only the beginning. Can you clean messy data, identify useful features, evaluate your approach and adapt when new information changes the task? DATATHON tests both your machine learning skills and your ability to make sound decisions under time pressure.
Round 1: The Online Qualifier | 2–4 October 2026 Take on a 48-hour machine learning challenge on Kaggle using the provided datasets. Develop your solution, submit predictions and track your progress on the leaderboard.

PM Ends: 4 October 2026 at 6:00
PM Deliverables: Prediction file and reproducible source code, as specified in the competition rules.
Qualification: The top 45 eligible teams advance to Round 2, subject to final evaluation and submission verification.
Round 2: The Live Finale | 9 October 2026 Qualifying teams face an offline challenge at PCCOE, Pune, where evolving datasets and surprise task changes will test their technical skills, creativity and adaptability. Build and refine your solution on-site, respond to new requirements and explain the decisions behind your approach.

PM Bring: Your laptop and a valid student ID. All registered members of qualifying teams must attend the offline finale. Total Rewards Worth ₹30,000:

Intercollege teams: Allowed.
Solo registration: ₹100.
