Numbers surround us — but numbers alone don't create value. Somewhere between raw data and a real decision lies a skill most businesses can't survive without: the ability to look at chaos and find a pattern, a signal, a story worth acting on. That's the skill Dattansh, a national data analytics competition, is built to test. Dattansh, Krishi Chanakya's flagship data analytics competition, brings together the country's sharpest analytical minds for a business analytics case study challenge rooted in real-world problems. Participants tackle data interpretation, data visualization, and business intelligence tasks — uncovering meaningful insights from complex datasets and translating raw numbers into clear, actionable business recommendations. It's the same data-driven decision-making process professional data analysts and business strategists rely on every day. This isn't about who can run the fanciest model. It's a test of analytical thinking and data storytelling — who can think clearly with data and communicate what it actually means. If you can turn information into insight and insight into strategy, Dattansh is where you prove it, on a national stage.
