Overview: GDG KalaKriti is a designathon by Google Developer Groups on Campus MPSTME, where participants get the chance to tackle real-world problems through design and technology. Choose a domain, understand the challenge, come up with your solution, and turn your idea into a meaningful digital experience.
Design Domains: FinTech, Health & Wellness, and Sustainability / Smart Cities.
Online: 26–27 September 2026 (12 PM–12 PM). Teams will receive the challenge, work on their solution, and submit their designs online. The strongest teams will be shortlisted for the Grand Finale.
Grand Finale: 29 September 2026 at NMIMS MPSTME, Mumbai. Shortlisted teams will present their solutions and compete for the final prizes.
Note: Timings for the offline round will be updated shortly. The event is open to students interested in UI/UX, product design, technology, or creative problem-solving. Teams can have 1–3 members, and you don't need to be a professional designer to participate. We'll be looking at your understanding of the problem, creativity, user experience, visual design, practicality, and presentation. You are free to use Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or any other design tool you prefer. The complete submission format and rules will be shared in the KalaKriti Rulebook.
Prizes & Opportunities: Top teams will receive exclusive hampers, internship opportunities, and recognition. Participation is completely free. Bring your ideas. Rethink the problem. Design something that matters.
