This year, we invite participants to think bigger than products and brands, crafting forward-looking strategies that respond to the challenges, trends, and opportunities shaping the future of skincare. What we are looking for: Challenge the status quo with data-driven insights. Think creatively and strategically to design market-ready solutions. Explore the derma cosmetic market that makes a brand successful. And most importantly, bring fresh, consumer-first perspectives to uncover opportunities. From redefining growth strategies for Galderma’s iconic brands to uncovering untapped potential in emerging skincare segments, GRAD 3.0 is your opportunity to blend classroom learning with real business impact. If you’re ready to think bigger, challenge deeper, and discover what it takes to shape the future of dermatology. GRAD 3.0 is where your journey begins. Eligibility Criteria: GRAD 3.0 by Galderma is open to both first and second-year full-time MBA students from eligible institutes across India. Team Formation Guidelines: Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to 3 members, and the one who registers the team will be the team leader. Cross-year and cross-specialisation teams are allowed. Cross-college teams are not allowed. There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute. Modification of the team post registration will not be allowed. All team members must be present during the final presentation; otherwise, their entry will be disqualified. Competition Structure: Trivia Quiz: Team leaders are required to attempt this non-eliminatory trivia quiz. It has been designed to help you discover Galderma’s rich history, leadership, and iconic brand portfolio. The top 2 teams from each college will advance from the Trivia Quiz to the Executive Summary Round. The top 5 teams across India will advance to the Detailed Submission Round. Round 1 - MCQ Assessment: All teams must participate in the MCQ assessment. Participants will have to answer 20 questions within 30 minutes. Participants can attempt the assessment anytime within the provided 8-hour window. Only the team leader will take the assessment. Round 2 - Executive Summary Submission: Teams qualifying through the MCQ Assessment will advance to Round 2. Teams need to submit a 2-slider presentation (excluding cover and thank you slides) outlining their solution to the given problem statement. Teams need to submit their solutions in both PDF and PPT format using this naming convention: TeamName_CollegeName . Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation. College names must not be included in the presentation. Based on Galderma’s evaluation of the submissions made by all the teams, the top teams will be identified and will advance to the next stage. Round 3 - Detailed Submission: A brief about this stage will be shared with the qualifying teams. Teams must submit a comprehensive 8-10 slider presentation in both PDF and PPT format (excluding cover and annexure slides), showcasing their innovative ideas and problem-solving strategies derived from insights gained in the previous round. All supporting information/graphs/datasheets/other aids can be clubbed as annexures along with the submission. The presentation should NOT include the college names. Any submission post-deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Please submit your files in this naming convention only: TeamName_TeamLeader 'sName . Round 4 - National Finale: The top teams will advance as National Finalists. All Finalists will be required to fine-tune their submission and submit their final presentations in both PDF and PPT format in this naming convention only: TeamName_TeamLeader 'sName . The Finalists will also present their solution to a panel of eminent leaders of Galderma. Venue for Grand Finale will be disclosed soon, the team's travel and stay will be taken care of by the Organisation. Results will be declared, and the national winners and runners-up will be rewarded in a glittering ceremony. Prizes & Rewards: The Winners will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 3,00,000. The 1st Runners-Up will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 2,00,000. The 2nd Runners-Up will be rewarded with a cash prize of INR 1,00,000. National Finalists stand a chance to win Pre-Placement Interviews with Galderma. E-certificates to all the participants.
