Open-source tools, APIs, libraries, and development frameworks may be used with applicable attribution and licensing. Each team must maintain one dedicated GitHub repository . Teams must be prepared to provide their project progress and commit history if requested. Plagiarism, misconduct, intellectual-property violations, or unfair practices may result in immediate disqualification .
