HackSheffield is Sheffield's flagship hackathon, a 24-hour event hosted by the Computer Science Society at The University of Sheffield. It is designed for students of all skill levels to build their ideas, learn new skills, and meet like-minded people in a fun and inclusive environment.
The event follows a "trail" format from sunrise to starlight, featuring talks, workshops, meals, and judging. Past editions have seen significant participation, such as last year's event which included 127 hackers creating 40 projects.
