Eligibility: Open to all students Rounds / Format ● Round 1 – Problem
Statement Release: Teams receive or select a problem statement. ● Round 2 –
Ideation Window: Teams develop their solution within the given time frame. ● Round 3 –
Final Presentation: Teams present their idea to the judging panel. Rules & Regulations ● Ideas must directly address the assigned or chosen problem statement. ● Each team gets a fixed presentation time (e.g., 5–7 minutes) followed by Q&A. ● Supporting material (slides, prototypes, mock-ups) is encouraged but must be original work. ● Ideas pitched must not have won a prior competition in the same or substantially similar form; originality will be checked at the panel's discretion. ● Teams must submit a brief written summary of their idea before presenting. Judging Criteria Innovation and originality | Real-world impact and relevance | Feasibility of implementation | Clarity of presentation Grounds for Disqualification ● Presenting a previously awarded idea without disclosure ● Missing the submission deadline ● Exceeding time limits significantly
