Overview: IDEAVERSE — IDEATHON 2026 is an offline ideathon designed to encourage students to identify real-world problems and develop innovative, practical, and technology-driven solutions. The event will be conducted at KIET Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad. Participants will present their ideas before a judging panel and demonstrate how their proposed solution can effectively address a real-world problem. All That You Need to Know About IDEAVERSE — 2026: Have an idea that can solve a real-world problem? IDEAVERSE provides students with a platform to transform their thoughts into impactful solutions.
Participants will: Identify a real-world problem. Develop an innovative solution. Explain the working and implementation of the proposed solution. Present their idea before a panel of judges. Answer questions from the judges.

Register / Participate: Undergraduate students from any college are eligible to participate. Intercollegiate teams are eligible. Interdisciplinary teams are permitted. Each team may have 1–3 participants. One participant cannot be part of multiple teams.
Ideathon Challenge: The event will be conducted in a single offline round at KIET Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad. Participants will be required to: Identify a real-world problem. Develop an innovative solution. Explain the working and implementation of the proposed solution. Present their idea before the judging panel. Answer questions from the judges. Pitching Guidelines: Each team will be given a limited amount of time to present their idea. The presentation should clearly cover:
Problem Statement: Clearly define the real-world problem being addressed.
Proposed Solution: Explain the proposed solution and how it addresses the identified problem.
Innovation & Uniqueness: Highlight what makes the idea innovative and different from existing solutions.
Working / Implementation: Explain how the proposed solution will work and how it can be implemented in the real world.

Rules and Regulations: Participants must report to the venue before the designated reporting time. Participants must carry a valid college ID card. Each participant can be a member of only one team. Teams must follow the instructions and time limits provided by the organising team. Ideas presented should be original and should not knowingly violate intellectual-property rights. Any form of unfair practice or misrepresentation may lead to disqualification. Participants must maintain proper etiquette while interacting with organisers and judges. The organising team reserves the right to modify event rules if required. The decision of the judging panel and organising team regarding the final results will be considered final.
