Eligibility: The hackathon is open to undergraduate students enrolled in any recognized college or university. Students from all engineering branches and related disciplines are eligible. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect fellow participants, mentors, judges, and organizers, and uphold IEEE's standards of ethical conduct. Any misconduct, harassment, or unfair practices may result in immediate disqualification. Rules and Guidelines: Each team must consist of 3-4 members. Every team must appoint one Team Leader for all official communication. Joining the official Hackathon WhatsApp Community is mandatory for all team members. The Team Leader must ensure that every team member joins the group. Team members may belong to different colleges or different years. Team composition cannot be changed after Round 1 submission without prior approval from the organizers. A participant can be part of only one team. Multiple submissions from the same team are not permitted. Accommodation will only be provided to non-MITS students participating in the Offline Grand Finale. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, rules, eligibility criteria, evaluation process, or any other aspect of the hackathon if required. In case of any dispute or unforeseen circumstances, the final decision shall rest solely with the organizing committee, and it shall be final and binding on all participants. Participants may use AI-assisted development tools responsibly. However, all teams must understand and be able to explain every aspect of their solution during evaluation.
