InteractUp presents the Interactup's National Core Committees Selection Challenge 2026 - a multi-stage competition designed to identify individuals who can think critically, communicate effectively, solve real-world problems, and transform ideas into executable initiatives. Selected individuals get opportunity join 2026-27 Committee. Participants will be tested on their ability to analyse, ideate, strategise, present, and execute through a series of competitive rounds. About InteractUp: InteractUp is a professionally driven, community-led National-Level NGO working across skill development, student development, startups , corporate professionals , mental wellness, education, and social-impact initiatives. The InteractUp community has grown to 4,500+ members across India and has also taken its initial steps towards building an international presence through a small community club in Europe. InteractUp's ecosystem has three National Core Committees: Skill Development Committee - Skill-building, communication, critical thinking, leadership, competitions, and professional development. Corporate Committee - Corporate exposure, professional networking, industry engagement, corporate partnership and professional-development initiatives. Startup Committee - Entrepreneurship, innovation, founders, startup professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The National Core Committees Selection Challenge 2026 focuses specifically on inidividuals who want to dedicate some time of their week for the NGO and lead them. Competition Structure: Round 1 - Screening Challenge The journey begins with a screening round designed to understand each participant’s background, experiences, interests, and approach to leadership and skill development. Participants will complete an application form consisting of basic questions around their experiences, achievements, motivation, and perspectives. Evaluation: Profile | Experiences | Clarity | Motivation | Potential Selected participants will advance to Round 2. Round 2 - Presentation Challenge Qualified participants will move to a presentation-based challenge where they will be given a topic, problem statement, or case related to skill development, student growth, leadership, communication, employability, or community development. Participants will be expected to analyse the subject, structure their ideas, and present their perspective and proposed approach before the evaluation panel. Evaluation: Content | Structure | Critical Thinking | Communication | Originality Top-performing participants will advance to the final round. Round 3 - The Leadership Room The National Final Round will be an interactive interview round designed to understand how participants think, communicate, respond to situations, and approach responsibility. Finalists will engage in a structured conversation with the panel covering their ideas, experiences, decision-making approach, leadership perspective, and vision for creating meaningful impact. The focus will not be on having perfect answers, but on demonstrating clarity of thought, confidence, ownership, and the ability to lead. Evaluation: Leadership | Communication | Decision-Making | Ownership | Vision The strongest performers willbe directly selcted to the committee. Rewards & Opportunities: This competition is not only about winning a certificate. Top performers may also get the opportunity to take their ideas beyond the competition and execute them within the InteractUp ecosystem. 1. Lead & Build at a National Level Take ownership of initiatives, build communities, and execute high-impact projects across the InteractUp ecosystem. 3. Earn National-Level Recognition Gain official recognition as a National Committee Member and build credible proof of leadership, execution, and impact. From Competition to Real-World Execution: For participants who demonstrate exceptional potential, the competition doesn't necessarily have to end with the Grand Finale. Selected individuals may get the opportunity to work with InteractUp on initiatives involving: National Competitions | Skill Development | Public Speaking | Critical Thinking | Professional Development | Community Building | Partnerships | Social Impact Individuals selected for the Skill Development Core Committee 2026-27 may also get the freedom to propose, develop, and lead their own initiatives.
