Event Overview An online Paper Presentation event conducted as part of ITCODERA’26 – International Symposium on Emerging Technologies & Human-Centric Innovation . The event provides a platform for students to present innovative research ideas, emerging technologies, and technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges. Participants are encouraged to identify meaningful societal problems and propose technically feasible, innovative, and human-centric solutions. Relevant areas include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Blockchain, Healthcare Technology, Smart Systems, Sustainable Technology , and other emerging technologies. Solutions should demonstrate technological innovation while considering human needs, accessibility, inclusivity, sustainability, ethics, and societal impact . Objectives Encourage research-oriented technological ideas for real-world problems. Promote innovative and human-centric technology solutions. Encourage exploration of emerging technologies and current technological trends. Develop creativity, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills. Promote technically feasible and scalable solutions. Encourage interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration. Provide a platform for students to present technical and research ideas. Recognize innovative solutions with meaningful societal impact. Emerging Technology Domains Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Generative AI and Emerging Technologies. Open Innovation in Information Technology. Participants may also propose other relevant IT and emerging-technology topics aligned with the symposium theme. Eligibility Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students . Students from all departments are eligible to participate. Interdisciplinary teams are encouraged. Participants must comply with the symposium registration and submission guidelines. The proposed paper should be relevant to Information Technology, emerging technologies, or related interdisciplinary domains . Team Formation Each team must consist of 1–2 members . Interdisciplinary teams are allowed. Each participant can participate in only one team . One member must be designated as the Team Leader . The Team Leader will handle communication with the organizers. All team members must actively contribute to the submitted work and final presentation. Competition Structure Round 1 – Abstract Submission Participants must submit an abstract of 250–300 words .
The abstract should include: Problem Statement. Proposed Idea / Solution. Technology or Methodology Used. Expected Impact. Abstracts will be evaluated based on theme relevance, problem significance, innovation, technical feasibility, clarity, and potential societal impact . Selected teams will proceed to Round 2. Round 2 – PPT Submission & Shortlisting Shortlisted teams from Round 1 must submit their final presentation PPT . The PPT must be based on the submitted abstract. The presentation should clearly explain the problem, proposed solution, technology/methodology, applications, and societal impact. PPTs will be evaluated based on: Technical / Research Content. Innovation and Originality. Problem Relevance. Proposed Solution. Technical Feasibility. Potential Societal Impact. Selected teams will proceed to the final round. Round 3 – Final Online Presentation & Jury Evaluation Selected teams will present their paper online before a judging panel. Each team will receive approximately 8–10 minutes for presentation. A 2–3 minute Q&A session will follow the presentation. Participants may use PowerPoint presentations, diagrams, flowcharts, system architecture, research findings, screenshots, simulations, prototype or software demonstrations. A working prototype is not compulsory . The jury may ask questions regarding the technical aspects, originality, feasibility, implementation, and societal impact of the proposed solution. Recommended Presentation Structure Parti
