Overview: The KTC Aptitude Series Test — Technical Round is designed to assess participants' readiness for analyst and engineering roles in technology and consulting. This paper tests reasoning under time pressure alongside applied technical skill, spanning Quantitative Aptitude, Statistics & Probability, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, SQL, and Python. Guidelines: Eligibility: Anyone who has filled out the registration form is eligible to participate in the KTC Aptitude Series Test. Format: Round 1: Preliminary Test This round will have multiple sections: Quantitative Aptitude: 8 questions Statistics & Probability: 8 questions Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation: 5 questions SQL: 7 questions Python Programming: 8 questions Total: 36 questions, 108 marks Duration: 60 minutes for the entire test. Participants must attempt all sections. Process: Registration: Participants must register online for KTC before giving the test. Test Administration: The test will be conducted online. Participants will receive login details upon successful registration. Participants must ensure stable internet connectivity throughout the test. Permitted material: No calculators, reference material, or external tools. All questions are solvable by hand within the allotted time. Evaluation: Participants will be evaluated on accuracy first and speed second. Partial credit applies to multiple-response questions, where each correctly identified option carries independent marks. Rules: Scoring Rules: Each correct answer earns 3 marks. One multiple-response question awards 3 marks per correct option selected. Tiebreakers, if necessary, will be decided based on the time taken to complete the test. Conduct: Any form of cheating, collusion, or rule violation will result in immediate disqualification. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable throughout the test. No re-tests will be offered for connectivity issues. Questions may not be copied, photographed, or shared during or after the test.
