With just 30 minutes to complete, this round encourages quick thinking and practical understanding across topics such as employee engagement, workplace ethics, and HR analytics.
Round 2: HR Showdown – The People Playoff (Offline at IMT Hyderabad) Experience the excitement of “Where HR Meets Game Night!” — a Jeopardy-style HR quiz that blends knowledge, strategy, and speed. Participants will navigate multiple HR categories, face Double Play challenges, and respond to rapid reflex rounds, testing creativity, reasoning, and presence of mind.
Round 3: The CHRO Challenge (Offline Finale at IMT Hyderabad) Finalists step into a corporate boardroom simulation to solve a contemporary HR case. Teams will present strategic solutions to a panel of experts and respond to “Crisis Questions” — on-the-spot challenges designed to test composure, logic, and leadership under pressure.
Team size: 3 members. A student should be a member of only one team.
