Model mania

Model Mania Model Mania is a creative and technical event that challenges participants to showcase their innovation, design skills, and engineering knowledge through working models and prototypes. Participants present their models, explain their concepts, demonstrate functionality, and answer questions from the judges. The event encourages creativity, problem-solving, and practical application of scientific and technological principles. Models may be based on engineering, automation, sustainability, robotics, smart systems, or other innovative ideas. Evaluation is based on originality, technical implementation, presentation, functionality, and overall impact. Rules Prior registration is mandatory; on-the-spot registration is subject to slot availability. Each participant may register for only one team. The theme will be announced in advance; the problem statement will be provided after registration. Participants must bring their own laptops with the required software installed. Internet use is allowed only for reference/research; downloading ready-made CAD models or using paid external add-ons is prohibited. All designs must be original and created during the event; external assistance is not permitted. Final submission must include the native CAD file + PDF/STEP export + brief PPT/write-up. Presentation duration is 5 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. The judges' decision is final.
