This competition is open exclusively to 2nd-year MBA students who have completed their Summer Internship Projects in the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management. It’s your time to stand out and demonstrate the value of your work. Project Criteria: Each Summer Project must be an individual effort, meaning there should be only one author and one presenter per project. This ensures that the spotlight remains on your personal achievements. Types of SIPs: Let it be any industry, manufacturing, supply chain, e-commerce, ITES, BFSI sector or automobile. We would like to hear your exciting stories of how you made an impact and made a difference. Competition Format: Round 1: Abstract Submission Submission Dates: 27 July 2026 to 7 Aug 2026 The first step in the competition is to submit an abstract or summary of your SIP report. This is your opportunity to highlight the key insights, contributions, and significance of your project. Our panel will carefully review these submissions, and the most compelling ones will move forward to the next round. Format: Submit your abstract in Unstop in pdf or word doc with the following details- Name, College Name, Specialization, Internship Company Name, Department Name, Company Location and your enthralling experience in 150-500 words. Round 2: Final Presentation Final Presentation Date: 12 August 2026 Venue: Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune For those selected, the next challenge is to present your full SIP report in front of a panel of esteemed industry experts and professors with rich academic experience. This is your moment to tell us how you made a difference to the place and let your presence behind. Format: To be submitted in PPT/PDF format with not more than 8 slides including the introduction. You can pour in all your creativity in those slides. Evaluation Criteria: Your presentation will be judged based on clarity, depth of analysis, originality, and the overall impact of your work. This is your chance to impress industry veterans with your innovative approach and findings. Students's whose abstract is selected for the final round will be informed about timing and other details for the offline presentation competition. Report/Presentation Formats: Abstract/Summary: A concise overview of your project. Objective of the SIP: Clearly state the objective(s) of your internship. What specific goals or outcomes were you aiming to achieve during your on-the-job experience? Company Description: Introduce the company where you completed your internship. Job Description: Describe your role and responsibilities during the internship. Analysis of Job Done: Analyze the tasks you completed, highlighting your contributions and outcomes. Learning Outcomes: Reflect on what you learned from the experience and how it has enhanced your professional skills. Relevance of Suggestions: Offer suggestions for the company based on your experience, emphasizing their practical relevance. Participants have the flexibility to adapt these formats, but the structure should remain consistent with the type of SIP being presented. General Rules: Plagiarism Policy: We uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and discouraged. AI Writing Limitations: While we recognize the evolving role of AI tools in content creation, their use is strictly limited to no more than 10% of the total content. This ensures the work remains authentically yours. Formatting Guidelines: For a professional presentation, please use a clear and readable font such as Times New Roman or Arial, with a font size of 12 for the body text and 14 for headings.
