Polygenesis: VOLTEDGE - The Business Strategy Showdown

Polygenesis: VOLTEDGE - Where Strategy Meets

Impact Polygenesis: VOLTEDGE , proudly hosted by IPI-DTU , is a high-stakes business case competition designed to test your business acumen, critical thinking, analytical ability, and strategic decision-making . Step into the role of a strategy consultant and tackle a complex real-world business challenge where the stakes are high and there is no single obvious answer. Teams will be expected to understand the business problem, dissect the underlying economics, identify key challenges and opportunities, evaluate alternative strategies, and develop a practical, defensible solution. This is more than a case of finding the right answer. It is about asking the right questions, making decisions with imperfect information, building a compelling strategy, and defending your choices under pressure. Expect challenging business scenarios, data-driven problem solving, strategic trade-offs, and a final opportunity to pitch your solution before a panel of judges. If you have the analytical rigour to break down complex problems, the business acumen to identify what truly matters, and the conviction to defend your strategy , step up and make your case. Guidelines The competition will consist of 3 rounds , with Rounds 1 and 2 conducted online and the final round conducted offline. All rounds will be eliminative in nature.
