About the Event: It is an event in which participants present their poster and paper presentation.
Number of Rounds: 3
Round 1: Poster Making Size of poster should be A1 or A3 Posters can use flow diagrams, newspaper cuttings, etc. In lieu of physical posters, digital posters will also be accepted
Round 2: Paper Abstracts
Participants: Name, Email, Phone number, College name, Branch, Registration number Abstract (1–2 pages): The abstract must have an appropriate title, picture, and overview of the topic The full paper margin line is 1.5 cm The abstract must be submitted as a hard copy a week before the presentation
Round 3: Presentation The presentation must be completed within 7 minutes Warning bell will be given at 5 minutes 3-minute Question and Answer session PPT (.pptx file) must be handed to the event coordinator one day before the event
Stage 1: Poster — weightage 30%
Stage 2: Abstract — weightage 30%

FAQ: All Undergraduate and Diploma students with valid ID cards of their respective educational institutes are allowed to participate Each participating team may comprise a maximum of 3 members The decision of the judges will be final and binding

Reporting time will be communicated to registered teams; late reporting may lead to walkover. The decision of the judges and organisers will be final and binding in all matters. Any form of misconduct, plagiarism or use of unfair means leads to immediate disqualification. Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. Organisers reserve the right to modify any rule at any time; updates are announced at the venue.
Eligibility: Open to students of all institutes and all degree programmes (unless specified otherwise in the event rules above).
