Event Overview: The event aims to provide students with a structured academic platform to identify, investigate, and present innovative ideas, technical concepts, research findings, and emerging developments in the field of Civil Engineering through professional paper and poster presentations. Participants will be expected to demonstrate not only their understanding of the selected topic but also their ability to communicate technical information effectively through a well-structured research paper or visually compelling poster.

Participant Guidelines: The poster must be original and relevant to Civil Engineering or the given theme.
Recommended poster size: A1 (594 × 841 mm), unless department specifies otherwise. The poster should include a clear title, background/introduction, objectives, methodology/concept, key findings or proposed solution, conclusion, and references, wherever applicable. Posters should emphasize technical clarity, innovation, practical applicability, and sustainability. Use readable fonts, appropriate diagrams/figures, and concise content. Excessive text should be avoided; information should be presented in a clear and visually engaging manner. Plagiarized, copied, or AI-generated content without meaningful participant contribution may lead to disqualification. Participants must be prepared to explain their poster and respond to questions from the judges.
