About the Challenge: The CareerZenith Product & Design Challenge is a national online competition for students and freshers to solve real-world problems in resume building and career technology. Participants can compete individually or in teams of two and choose one of three tracks: redesigning an existing user experience, proposing a new product feature, or building a functional MVP. Cross-college teams are allowed, and students from any year, branch, or programme can participate. The solution should improve usability, accessibility, visual clarity, and the overall user experience. Submit a UX case study, clickable prototype, Figma link, and PDF presentation. Track 2: Product Challenge Track Identify a meaningful problem faced by students or job seekers and design a new feature for a career platform (CareerZenith.ai) . Explain the target user, problem, feature flow, expected impact, and success metrics. Submit a product case study, wireframes, prototype, and PDF presentation. Track 3: Code Challenge Track Build a working feature for a career platform (Careerzenith.ai) using code or no-code tools. The solution should address a clear problem and include a complete, testable user flow. Submit a working MVP, demo video, GitHub or project repository, and PDF presentation. Rewards: Cash prizes include ₹8,000 for the winner, ₹4,000 for the first runner-up, and ₹3,000 for the second runner-up. The prizes will also include goodies, swags, and benefits worth ₹15,000. Selected participants may also receive certificates, 1:1 mentorship, and internship discussions. Timeline & other details: Registration opens on 27 July 2026. Each submission must include a PDF presentation of no more than 8 slides. Relevant Figma, prototype, repository, demo video, or MVP links must remain accessible throughout the evaluation period. Only original work will be accepted. AI usage must be disclosed. Each participant or team may submit only one entry, and plagiarism may lead to disqualification. All team members must meet the eligibility criteria, and participants may be asked to explain their design, product decisions, or implementation.
