RE:FORM X ZOMATO What if sustainable packaging was not just an environmental choice, but a business decision you had to defend? RE:FORM is a strategy competition built around one of the most visible challenges in the
QSR and food-delivery industry: packaging. Teams will step into the shoes of decision-makers and build a sustainable packaging strategy that balances cost, functionality, customer experience, brand perception, and environmental impact. But building the strategy is only the beginning. After an initial quiz, shortlisted teams will take on a real-world sustainable packaging case, with Zomato as the case partner , developing an approach grounded in commercial feasibility and sustainability. The real challenge begins on campus. What happens when the strategy you built no longer works as planned? Surprise rounds, changing constraints, and tough trade-offs will put your solution to the test. Think fast, adapt your approach, and make your strategy work in real time. The strongest teams will then defend their final strategy before a panel of judges, where commercial viability, strategic consistency, and the ability to communicate and justify every trade-off will determine who comes out on top. In RE:FORM, the best solution is not simply the greenest one. It is the one that can survive the real world. Because the way we package food today will determine how much of tomorrow we get to unwrap.
