Recruitment Battle

Recruitment Battle is an immersive HR simulation where teams take on the role of recruiters to solve real-world hiring challenges. From evaluating candidate profiles to crafting strategic hiring decisions, the competition puts your analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to the test. Participants must wear formal attire (Blazer Mandatory) on the day of the event. Team size must be 2–4 members. Participants must report 15 minutes before the event begins. No electronic devices (mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) are allowed during the preparation round. Candidate CV(s) will be provided. 30 minutes will be allotted to analyze the case and prepare the recruitment strategy (depending on the amount of information provided). Each team will get 7 minutes to present their strategy. A 2-minute Q&A session will follow the presentation. Teams are required to base their strategies solely on the information provided by the organizers. Teams must strictly adhere to the allotted preparation and presentation time. All team members are encouraged to actively participate in the presentation. Any form of plagiarism, malpractice, or unfair means will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must maintain discipline and professional conduct throughout the event. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
