REIT NEXT: Case Study Challenge 2026 (Finance Track) About the competition REIT NEXT is a national-level case study competition organised by the Indian REITs Association (IRA), a non-profit industry body for India’s REIT sector. IRA’s members are Bagmane Prime Office REIT, Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Knowledge Realty Trust and Nexus Select Trust. The competition is operationally managed by the Marketing & Media Committee of SIMSREE, the Academic Partner. About the Finance Track Work on a real-world challenge from the Indian REIT sector and apply your finance skills to it. Teams will analyse the case, build a data-backed solution and present recommendations that could offer actionable insights to the industry. This track is for students interested in valuation, capital markets, investment analysis and real estate finance. Round 1: Online Quiz. 30 questions in 30 minutes.
Round 2: Case Solution. Shortlisted teams submit a presentation of up to 10 slides.
Round 3: National Final. The top teams present offline before the jury (10 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of Q&A).
