Robo Race Team Size: 2–4 members per team
Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate and diploma engineering students Rounds / Format ● Round 1 –
Technical Inspection: Robots checked against size, weight, and power specifications before qualifying. ● Round 2 –
Qualifying Runs: Each team gets two timed runs on the obstacle track; the better time is considered. ● Round 3 –
Final: Top qualifiers compete head-to-head or on individual timed runs for final rankings. Rules & Regulations ● Robot dimensions must not exceed 30 cm (L) x 30 cm (W) x 30 cm (H) unless otherwise specified. ● Only remote-controlled or fully autonomous robots are allowed; no manual pushing or external assistance during a run. ● Maximum run time per attempt is 3 minutes; runs exceeding this limit will be timed out. ● Any external damage caused to the track or obstacles must be reported immediately to the organizers. ● Power source must be safe (battery-operated); use of flammable or hazardous fuel is strictly prohibited. ● Teams must report to the staging area at least 15 minutes prior to their allotted slot.
