Progress means little if it leaves people or the planet behind. The businesses that will define the next decade aren't just the ones that grow fastest; they're the ones that grow responsibly, solving real problems without creating new ones. Samvedna, Krishi Chanakya's flagship sustainability-focused case study competition, puts that thinking to the test. Participants are handed a real-world business case rooted in sustainability, social impact, or rural and agricultural development, and challenged to analyze it, uncover the core problem, and build a solution that's both socially responsible and commercially sound. This isn't about pitching an idea from scratch — it's about strategic problem-solving under real constraints. Participants must dissect the case, weigh trade-offs between impact and viability, and present a well-reasoned, data-backed recommendation that could genuinely work in the real world. It's a platform for students who want their business acumen to serve a larger purpose; where sustainability isn't an afterthought, but the core of the strategy.
