About Startup Space Startup Space is a platform for students to visually showcase their startup ideas, research innovations, or prototypes at E-Summit’26, hosted by Team iConnect under PDUIIC, GJUS&T Hisar. Whether it’s a bold concept or a working solution, this is your opportunity to inspire. Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in a recognized university or college. Individual participation or teams of up to 4 members from the same institution are allowed. All team members must be registered participants. All the team members are required to verify and confirm their details to form a team. A participant cannot be a member of more than one team. It is the team leader’s responsibility to ensure that all the team members are eligible to participate in the contest. Judging Criteria: Clarity, Innovation, and Relevance Round 2: Poster Submission (Soft Copy – Online) End Date: 6 August 2026 Participants shortlisted from Round 1 must submit a soft copy of their poster via Unstop. Submit a soft copy of your poster in the prescribed format (refer to the Poster Specifications). The exact sample poster format must be followed. No changes or modifications to the format are permitted under any circumstances. Finalists will be selected for the offline round Round 3: Final Poster Presentation (Offline) Participants must explain their ideas to visitors and attendees during the exhibition. Participants must also present and justify their work to the judging panel during the evaluation process. Date: 19 August 2026. Venue: Crush Hall, CRS Auditorium, GJUS&T, Hisar. Synopsis Submission Guidelines Maximum Word Limit: 300 words The synopsis must include the following details: Title of the poster Author name(s) Affiliation Email ID of the corresponding author The presenting author's name must be underlined. Format Requirements: File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) Font: Times New Roman Font size: 12 pt Line spacing: 1.5 POSTER SPECIFICATIONS Dimensions: Size: 3 × 2 feet (36 × 24 inches / 90 × 60 cm). (Refer to the reference image.) Mandatory Poster Content Abstract Problem Statement/ Objectives Proposed Solution Design and Concept Methodology / Working / Concept Conclusion/Result Poster Font and Size: The font (HK Grotesk) and font sizes used throughout the poster must not be changed. In the header section , only the content marked as [XXXX] is editable. No changes to the font, font size, or layout are permitted. All logos must remain unchanged. Only the text inside the six mandatory content boxes on the left-hand side may be edited. The font, font size, and layout must remain unchanged. Photos must be placed only within the designated area on the right-hand side. The poster must be designed in landscape orientation (90 cm width × 60 cm height) , as the display stands will be arranged accordingly. No other part of the poster may be modified. General Rules: Changes to team members after registration are not permitted. Plagiarism or any form of misrepresentation will lead to disqualification. Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior. The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules if necessary. Disputes will be resolved solely at the discretion of the organizers. The decision of the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding. Setup and slot details will be shared with selected participants. IMPORTANT NOTICE Participants are responsible for bringing their own printed posters. No printing facility will be provided at the venue. Participants must be present at the venue well before the allotted time to complete poster setup and display arrangements. Late arrivals may not be permitted to set up their posters.
