TECHSPHERE 2026 is a National Level Science & Technology Student Conclave hosted at Woxsen University, Hyderabad, providing a platform for students to showcase innovative ideas, research concepts, prototypes, and technology-driven solutions. With the theme “From Concept to Creation — Showcasing the Future of Innovation,” the event encourages participants to transform ideas into impactful solutions and present their innovations on a national-level platform. Theme Domain: Open Innovation Category – All Domains Participation Format: Participants can showcase their projects through: Poster Presentation Prototype Demonstration PowerPoint Presentation Team Size: Minimum: 1 Member Maximum: 4 Members Individual participation is allowed and will be treated as a single-member team. Registration Fee: ₹1,200 per team (fixed) The registration fee is fixed at ₹1,200 per team irrespective of team size. A team may consist of 1 to 4 members. A participant registering individually as a single-member team is also required to pay the full registration fee of ₹1,200. Prize Pool: ₹75,000 Important Dates: Registration Deadline: 30 July 2026 Event Date: 6 August 2026 Venue: Woxsen University, Hyderabad Eligibility: Open to college students. Participants may register individually or as a team. Team size must be between 1 and 4 members. Interdisciplinary teams are welcome. Projects from all domains are eligible under the Open Innovation Category. General Rules and Guidelines: Each team must complete the registration process before the registration deadline. Participants must provide accurate team and project information. Projects may be presented as a Poster, Prototype, or PowerPoint Presentation. Participants are expected to present original work and accurately acknowledge any external sources, tools, datasets, or prior work used. Participants must comply with all event, venue, safety, and presentation guidelines communicated by the organizers. The decision of the judging panel will be final with respect to evaluation and results. Additional event-related instructions may be communicated to registered participants by the organizing team.
