About the Competition: College teaches you how to pass exams. The real world tests how you survive. Welcome to The National FinStrategy Benchmark Challenge (NFBC '26) , hosted by Klyth. This is India's high-velocity analytical pressure test, designed to identify the sharpest analytical minds across the country. Participants will be challenged to identify hidden traps, allocate capital under pressure, and navigate simulated financial crises through real-world scenarios. You don't need a finance degree or prior financial coursework to participate. If you ever plan to earn, spend, invest, or manage your own money, this challenge is for you. Skills You Will Deploy: Make decisions with limited money: Achieve financial targets with limited capital. Spot hidden financial traps: Identify hidden traps in marketing and loan scenarios. Handle financial emergencies under pressure: Make effective decisions during multiple financial emergencies. Competition Format: Round 1: National Qualifying Sprint Date: Sunday, 2nd August 2026 30-minute online analytical sprint. 20 gamified financial scenarios. Questions are based on real-world situations, including rent negotiations, hidden BNPL fees, job-loss crises, and impulse purchase dilemmas. Questions carry varying weights (+4, +5, or +6 points). Incorrect answers attract a penalty of -1 or -2 points. In case of a tie, rankings will be determined by submission time. Top-performing participants will qualify for Round 2. Round 2: Final Crucible Date: Sunday, 9th August 2026 Competition format will be revealed only to shortlisted participants 24 hours before the event. Participants will compete in a real-time simulation designed to test analytical and decision-making abilities.
