About the Competition: India's National Strategy Case Competition for the Next Generation of Problem Solvers. Every great strategy begins with understanding people. Every product tells a story. Every exchange unlocks a new opportunity. The Vingo Campus Strategy Challenge '26 is Vingo's flagship national case competition, inviting students from across India to solve real business challenges across strategy, product, growth, marketing, and consumer behaviour. Organised by Vingo , a community-first marketplace building the future of meaningful commerce, this competition offers participants an opportunity to work on business problems inspired by real decisions faced by one of India's fastest-growing consumer startups. We believe that people should build on their aspirations and we aim to help them get there. For us, people first is more important. Unlike traditional case competitions, this isn't a hypothetical classroom exercise. Your recommendations will address real business challenges and have the potential to influence product decisions, growth initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community-building efforts at Vingo. Whether you're passionate about consulting, entrepreneurship, product management, marketing, business strategy, or startups, this is your opportunity to build ideas that create meaningful impact. Who's Behind Vingo: We're early. We're not going to pretend otherwise and honestly, that's the fun part. But early doesn't mean untested, and we'd rather you knew exactly who's backing this before you spend a week of your life solving a case for us. India Quotient led our round. If you've spent any time around Indian startups, you've heard of them cause they're the fund that backed ShareChat when "Indian social media" wasn't even a category yet, and they did the same early, paper-stage bet on names like Sugar Cosmetics , Kuku FM , and Vyapar . They've been doing this since 2012, they've backed over a hundred companies, and they've got a unicorn and a fistful of exits to show for it. Their whole philosophy is "founders with EQ, IQ and IndiaQ" they bet on people first, market second. When they get behind something at the idea stage, it's because they've seen the pattern before. Inuka Capital is our other lead backer, and they bring something different to the table they're operators before they're investors. The fund was started by Gautam Shewakramani and Raj Sheth , two founders who've built five companies between them and walked away with two cash exits, and before Inuka even existed formally, they were already writing early cheques into companies like Exotel , Yulu , and Animall . Their entire thesis is that India doesn't have enough pre-seed investors who've actually sat in the founder's chair so they built the fund they wished existed when they were founders themselves. When they invest, they're in the trenches with you, not just on the cap table. Alongside them, we've got a set of angel investors, operators and founders from across Indian consumer tech who've built and scaled companies of their own, and who backed us because they'd lived the exact problem we're solving. We're saying all this not to flex, but because we think it matters for you to know who's in the room. When you solve this case, you're not solving it for a hypothetical brand but rather solving it for a company that people who've built and exited businesses in this country chose to back early. The Founders: Parth Sarthi ( Co-founder & CEO, alum of BITS Pilani) ; Krish Vashistha ( Co-founder & CPO, alum of IIT Delhi) ; and Saransh Goyal ( Co-founder & CBO, alum of IIT Delhi) have been building together since their first startup, Genme . Over the years, they've worked on multiple ideas, navigated pivots, learned from failures, and rebuilt together while staying closely connected to India's startup ecosystem. Those shared experiences eventually led them to build Vingo , with a vision of making buying and selling second-hand goods more trusted, seamless, and community-driven. Between them, they've already been through a full startup cycle that didn't work out and came back to build again, this time with conviction and capital behind them. That's the team you'd be presenting your recommendations to. Competition Theme: Marketplaces aren't built by products alone. They're built by people. Every listing represents someone's next chapter, and every purchase enables another. This year's challenge invites participants to design the next strategic unlock for Vingo whether through product innovation, consumer insights, growth strategy, storytelling, or community building. Participants may choose one of the following challenge tracks: Track A: Access: How can Vingo make aspirational products whether it's a first camera, musical instrument, gaming setup, premium gadget, or creative equipment feel more accessible to students and young professionals? Track B: People: Every listing has a story. Design a feature, campaign, or experience that celebrate
