Overview Enactus KNC presents ThinkShift 2026, our annual strategy-focused case competition, organised as part of E-Summit 2026. ThinkShift is Enactus KNC’s flagship analytical competition, designed to challenge participants to think beyond conventional solutions and approach real-world business problems with structured thinking, market analysis, and implementation readiness. The competition provides participants with an opportunity to analyse complex challenges, develop innovative strategies, and present solutions that are both impactful and practically feasible. Whether you are interested in consulting, entrepreneurship, business strategy, or problem-solving, ThinkShift 2026 is an opportunity to put your analytical thinking to the test and experience the intensity of solving a real-world business challenge.

Team size: 2–4 people Inter-college teams are allowed Interdisciplinary teams are allowed
Round 1: The Think Test | 24th September 2026 Begin your ThinkShift journey with a fast-paced preliminary round designed to test your business acumen, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking. The round will serve as an eliminator. Participants will be tested on areas such as business awareness, market understanding, strategy, aptitude, and problem-solving. All registered teams must participate within the stipulated time. Teams will advance to the next round based on their performance. Shortlisted teams will be notified through Unstop.
Round 2: The Strategy Sprint | 28th September 2026 Shortlisted teams will tackle a real-world business challenge requiring structured analysis and strategic thinking. Teams will be required to develop a comprehensive solution addressing the core problem presented in the case. Submissions must demonstrate clear problem identification, relevant market insights, logical analysis, and actionable recommendations. Teams are expected to support their recommendations with relevant data, research, and clearly stated assumptions. Evaluation will focus on the quality of analysis, originality of the proposed solution, strategic coherence, feasibility, and potential for implementation.
Round 3: The ThinkShift Finals | 1st October 2026 The competition culminates in an offline final round as a part of E-Summit 2026. Finalist teams will present their proposed solutions before a panel of judges. Participants will be expected to clearly communicate their strategy, justify their recommendations, and respond to questions from the judging panel. The final round will assess strategic depth, problem-solving ability, presentation skills, feasibility of recommendations, and adaptability under pressure. Expect an engaging, high-stakes experience that tests not only what you have prepared, but how effectively you can think on your feet.
