The Context: Despite massive budget allocations, government welfare schemes—such as the Rajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS), MGNREGA, and the Public Distribution System (PDS)—frequently suffer from last-mile delivery challenges, resource misallocation, and financial leakages. Furthermore, localized administrative actions and lower-court judicial proceedings often lack real-time transparency, leading to severe delays and fostering environments where corruption can thrive. The Challenge: Participants must formulate a comprehensive, technology-backed policy intervention to eliminate existing loopholes. Choose one of the following domains for your solution: Welfare Scheme Optimization: Design pluggable, tech-driven frameworks for existing schemes (e.g., RGHS, MGNREGA) to ensure 100% of funds and benefits reach the end beneficiary without leakage. Judicial & Administrative Transparency: Develop systems to digitize tracking, reduce opacity in local government offices or court proceedings, and fast-track grievance redressal. Note: Solutions should creatively integrate modern technologies (such as Blockchain, AI-driven audits, IoT, or secure digitized public portals) with realistic policy implementation strategies. Submission Guidelines (Single Stage): This is a direct submission challenge. Teams must submit a comprehensive presentation outlining their proposed solution. Format: Presentation/Casecomp Deck (PPT/PDF). Length: Maximum 3 to 5 slides. Content: Your deck must comprehensively cover: Identification of the specific loophole/problem.
