Safety Inspection: UAVs are checked for airworthiness and compliance with safety norms. ● Round 2 –
Mission Flight: Teams complete assigned mission tasks (e.g., payload drop, navigation, mapping) within a time limit. ● Round 3 –
Documentation & Viva: Teams submit a design report and answer questions from the judging panel. Rules & Regulations ● All UAVs must pass the mandatory safety inspection before being allowed to fly. ● Maximum takeoff weight and flight altitude limits will be specified in the venue-specific briefing and must be strictly followed. ● Flights are permitted only within the designated flight zone; flying over the audience or restricted areas is strictly prohibited. ● A minimum of one team member must be a certified/trained pilot or have prior flight experience, subject to organizer verification. ● In case of a crash or malfunction, the flight is stopped immediately and safety marshals must be informed. ● Teams must carry spare batteries/propellers as backups are not provided by the organizers.
