Business Ideation & Startup Evaluation Workshop – “From
Idea to Impact: Building Startups That Are Ready to Scale” The workshop provides an interactive platform for students, aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startups to present their business ideas and receive practical evaluation and feedback from angel investors and industry experts.
Eligibility: Open to students, aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startup founders. Participants may register individually or as a team. Inter-college participation is allowed. Participants from different specialisations may form a team. Startups at the ideation, validation, early-stage or scaling stage are eligible.
Format: Participants will present their startup idea/business to the investor panel. Each participant/team will explain the problem, solution, target market, business model and current stage. Investors will conduct a Q&A and critically evaluate the venture. Feedback will be provided on business model, market potential, scalability, financial viability, risks and investment readiness. The focus is on constructive evaluation and business improvement, rather than simply selecting the “best idea.” Suggested

Rules: Participants must provide accurate and authentic information about their venture. Presentations must be within the allotted time. Participants must be prepared to answer questions from the investor panel. The evaluation will be based on business viability, problem-solution fit, market potential, scalability, financial feasibility and investment readiness. Plagiarism or misrepresentation of another business idea will not be permitted.
