Event Overview RoboSoccer is a technical competition in which teams design, build, and operate robots to compete in a football-style match. The objective is to score goals against the opposing team while demonstrating effective robot design, control, strategy, technical innovation, and teamwork. The competition shall be conducted according to these RoboSoccer Rules & Regulations together with the Official Terms & Conditions of Techno Vision 2026. Eligibility & Registration Participation is open to eligible students as specified by the Techno Vision 2026 organizers. Each team shall consist of 2–4 participants , unless otherwise announced by the organizers. Each team must nominate one member as the Team Captain . A participant may represent only one team in the RoboSoccer competition. Participants must provide accurate information during registration. Registration shall be considered confirmed only after completion of the prescribed registration process/payment, where applicable. Participants may be required to carry a valid college/student ID during the event. The organizers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or team. The organizers may reject or cancel a registration if the participant/team fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Robot Specifications Maximum Robot

Weight: 3 kg Dimensions The maximum permitted robot dimensions are 50 cm × 50 cm × 30 cm (Length × Width × Height) . The complete robot, including all permanently or temporarily attached components, must remain within the specified dimensions during technical inspection and gameplay. Any movable, extendable, or deployable mechanism must also comply with the applicable dimensional restrictions during gameplay. Teams may be asked to demonstrate that their robot remains within the permitted dimensions. Weight The maximum permitted robot weight is 3 kg . The weight shall include the complete competition-ready robot, including: Batteries Motors Wheels Sensors Controllers Communication modules Wiring Attachments Other onboard components A robot exceeding the 3 kg limit shall not be permitted to compete until it complies with the requirement. The organizers may weigh robots before or during the competition. Robot Design & Safety Teams are responsible for the design, construction, and safe operation of their robots. Robots must not contain weapons or mechanisms designed to injure people or deliberately damage another robot. The following are strictly prohibited: Explosives Flammable or hazardous substances Projectiles intended to harm or damage Dangerous cutting mechanisms High-risk mechanisms that may cause injury Any other equipment prohibited by the organizers Robots must not intentionally damage the playing field, goals, barriers, or event equipment. Robots must have a safe and stable construction suitable for competition. The organizers may prohibit any mechanism that they consider unsafe, even if it is not specifically listed above. The safety decision of the technical inspection team shall be final. Robot Technical Inspection All robots may undergo a technical inspection before entering the competition.

Inspection may include: Dimensions Weight Battery and power system Mechanical components Communication system Control system Safety features Compliance with prohibited-equipment rules A robot failing inspection must be modified to comply with the rules before participation. The organizers may conduct a re-inspection at any stage of the competition. A team deliberately attempting to conceal a violation may be disqualified. Robots that pass initial inspection may still be inspected again if a concern arises during the competition. Team & Control Each team shall designate a Team Captain. Only registered team members may operate or work on the team's robot during the competition, subject to venue restrictions. Teams shall be responsible for the operation and control of their robot. Only permitted control systems may be used. Teams must ensure that their control or communication systems do not intentionally interfere with other teams. Deliberate signal jamming, unauthorized access to another team's system, or interference with another robot is strictly prohibited. The organizers may impose additional communication requirements to ensure fair competition. Playing Field Matches shall be conducted on the official RoboSoccer field designated by the organizers. The field shall contain designated playing boundaries and goal areas. Only authorized participants, referees, and event officials may enter the playing area during an active match. Participants must not intentionally move, modify, or interfere with field equipment. The referee may stop a match if the playing field becomes unsafe or unsuitable for competition. Ball & Game Equipment The organizers shall provide or approve the official RoboSoccer ball. Teams shall not modify or replace the official ball. The ball must remain
