Themes: Open Theme Web Full stack Development Skills: HTML CSS JavaScript MySql PHP Rules: Originality: Projects must be original and not previously submitted in other competitions. Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification. Development Period: On the day of the event, projects ought to be created entirely from scratch. All work must be done within the hackathon duration Pre-existing projects are not allowed. Judging Process: Judges' decisions will be final. Criteria include innovation, implementation, and overall impact Team must be present during judging session. Team Composition: Each participant must register individually No remote participation allowed. Team size 2 to 4 members. Members of a team may attend different institutions, which allows them to contribute different and distinctive viewpoints to ideas and initiatives. The team name need to be distinct and should not in any way include the name of your institute. Timing Requirements: Participants must adhere to the scheduled timings. Late entries will not be accepted. Safety & Environment: Maintain clean work space throughout the event. No creative messes, chemicals, flammable materials and other kind of materials allowed at the HACKATHON site. Submission Guidelines: Final submissions must include complete source code Working demo required Written documentation must accompany submission All materials must be submitted through official channels Registration Details: Free Entry for Round 1 (Screening Round) After qualifying for Round 1 (Screening Round), You are invited for Final Offline Round at Our College Campus. Hackathon Rounds: Round 1 (Screening Round): In the Virtual mode, teams are required to submit their ideas electronically by completing forms provided upon registration for the hackathon. Register and submit a novel problem statement from the mentioned themes along with the PowerPoint presentation that belongs to the mentioned theme of the hackathon on or before 20th April 2025. Shortlisted teams need to be available in the venue for the Final Round. Improvements and suggestions by jury members based on the following parameters: Powerpoint Presentation Problem Statement Block Diagram Technical Specification Societal Relevance and Impact on Environment. Shortlisted groups need to be available for the Final round on 25th April 2025 Round 2 (Final Round of Hackathon: 1st Sept,2026): During the final round, participating teams are tasked with developing their solutions or prototypes and presenting them before our esteemed panel of judges for evaluation.
