Step into the magical world of Hogwarts with Wizarding Minds, a Harry Potter-themed inter-college HR and Management Competition designed to test your knowledge, speed, creativity, strategic thinking, teamwork, and decision-making. This is not just a competition—it is a battle of brilliant minds where every decision matters and only the smartest teams will rise to the top. Event Structure Day 1 — Online Shortlisting Round 23 October 2026 The competition begins with an online quiz to shortlist teams for the main on-campus event. The quiz will test participants on: Harry Potter and the Wizarding World Human Resource Management Business and Management General Awareness Basic Business Concepts and Aptitude The shortlisted teams will qualify for the on-campus rounds on 24 October 2026. Day 2 — On-Campus Main Event 24 October 2026 The shortlisted teams will compete in three exciting rounds.

Round 1: The Owl Examination A fast-paced rapid-fire quiz testing your speed, accuracy, and knowledge of Harry Potter, HR, management, business, and general awareness. ️ Think carefully before answering—wrong answers will attract negative marking!

Round 2: The Wizarding Workplace Step into the shoes of an HR manager and solve challenging workplace situations. Teams will analyse an HR case and present practical, creative, and strategic solutions to the judges. This round will test your: HR knowledge Problem-solving skills Strategic thinking Creativity Communication Teamwork

Round 3: The Hogwarts Hr Challenge The ultimate test of recruitment, HR strategy, budgeting, and decision-making! Teams will receive a fixed budget in Galleons and participate in an exciting magical character bidding and recruitment auction. Each character will have different skills, strengths, weaknesses, and workplace abilities. Teams must bid strategically and recruit the right characters while managing their limited budget. But recruitment is only the beginning! After the auction, teams will face unexpected

HR challenges involving: Employee dissatisfaction Compensation and salary issues Workplace conflicts Employee retention Performance problems Leadership and motivation Team coordination The winning team will be the one that builds the most effective magical workforce and handles every HR challenge with the smartest strategy.
